Quick and professional service. They dropped me off and picked me up from the nearby auto body shop since my car was in need of repairs. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location!!
I've been renting at Enterprise for years. I've never had an issue up until last weekend. The new manager, Andrew, was not at all customer service friendly. I've been picked up and dropped off at my home in Moonachie for years. He said we will pick you up this one time, but we won't be able to drop me off when I return the rental. He was very cold. I greeted him and he replied with driver's license and credit card. Whether he was having a bad day or not, this is not a way to treat a loyal customer! Very disappointed with his customer service!!!

Excellent service! Reps called day after to make sure ride to my destination went well and asked if I needed anything. Great customer service!
They charge you for insurance coverage you don’t ask for. I rented a car and I told them my insurance company was going to cover the car. After I returned the car, they charged my credit car $572 for insurance coverage! They are stealing money from people just because they have your credit card information. I’m going to file a report with Consumer Affaires office and try to get my money back. Stay away from this company.
